The Environment Agency (EA) is issuing flood warnings right across the river Tamar in South east Cornwall this week.

There are fears that the past heavy rain may cause the river Tamar to become saturated from the rain fall, which has already exceeded its monthly quota in the past two days, leading to the possibility of floods tomorrow.

An Environment Agency spokesman has issued a warning saying, "We advise people to be very aware of the weather around you. Watch the news and weather forecasts, make sure your phone is charged and be prepared."
