Work set to start on tunnel road surface

A three-month project to resurface the A38 through the Saltash Tunnel is due to start next week. The scheme will replace worn surfaces while workers will also be cleaning walls, signs and lights, cutting back undergrowth, checking and repairing electrical equipment as well as replacing illuminated studs. Work starts on January 4 .
