Dale and his team are fantastic, honest, reliable and always busy which means loads of people trust them. As a female who knows about cars but has a husband who was in the navy for twelve years i was always wary of mechanics who try to take advantage of the single female scenario, But once dale did one or two jobs for me, I never looked back as he always does his utmost to deliver the best value for money, to your schedule, and if he cant get your car back on the road for when you need it, he always seems to be able to find a courtesy car to borrow! i have never come across a better mechanic and team who genuinely values and looks after his customers.

After reading the bad review i just don't understand! In my experience of taking my car to DB Autos (which i have done for a long time) along with other members of my family i have not had a bad experience ever. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and understanding, especially in explaining when i don't understand (being a female and not having a clue when it comes to cars!) I also find it very helpful that they offer a service of a courtesy car for free and try their best to get my car done as soon as possible especially seeing as i need it on a daily basis for work purposes. I would thoroughly recommend that you visit DB Autos, although they always seem to be busy (which i think of as can only be a good thing!) you would not be disappointed!!

I am very supprised by the bad review that has been given . I have used DB AUTOS for a number of years and have not encounterd any such problems and i have no problem recommending him to any of my family and also to any of my customers . Db Autos have always been helpfull polite and have always done a first class job at the price that i have been quoted , that includes the leasing of my three vehicles and also with the service and repair of my private vehicles . Dale and Staff keep up the good work and IF there has been problems i certainly havnt heard of any or had any .
