Fox-Hunting ban May be Lifted

The

only thing that concerns me about the new coalition government is that David Cameron

has always openly been against the Labour vote to ban fox hunting in 2005.

Cameron

is a weak apologist for the cruel & inhumane sport citing that the methods now

used to keep the numbers of foxes down in rural Britain is far crueler than

fox-hunting was. But actually Cameron grew up in a wealthy country family and

he is the same as the lot of them thinking that chasing an animal for hours and

then the savage killing of the animal by a pack of savage dogs is perfectly acceptable.

Although

Nick Clegg is against fox-hunting he has agreed to let another vote on the so

called sport be passed soon. Let’s hope there is a majority vote this time

against a practice of animal cruelty that is barbaric just because it is

traditional to the super rich.

This seems to me to be the

start of a coalition government between two opposing forces that no one has any

clue what stance they actually take on certain fundamental principles in our

society like fox-hunting. Does anyone really think that the ban should be

lifted?

We're humans, hunting is what we do.. well at least some of us. it's called nature. Even if it's just a social activity for some.

It's not just the elite who hunt

It's true that Cameron has no regard for either wildlife or our opinions, over 75% of the public are against the repeal of the hunting ban and yet he is still planning to try and overturn it.  This is because he is a puppet of the Countryside Alliance of course, an organised and wealthy group of thugs who think it's no end of a lark to chase and kill animals and make children watch and learn.  As for Clegg, if he's against fox hunting how can he possibly compromise himself by allowing a vote? Why doesn't he put his lily-livered foot down and say, "No, the majority of the public DO NOT want a repeal so there is no justification for a vote" or better still show Cameron the video of him (Clegg) on Youtube made before the election, pledging not to repeal the ban if he were to be elected to PM. I certainly don't want the ban lifted and I don't think any decent moral person would, what possible reason is there for allowing a few sick individuals to chase a fox, or a stag (sometimes up to 35 miles before the kill, and what is heroic about killing an animal that is almost dead with exhaustion after a chase like that) or to tear a hare to shreds before their eyes just for the thrill they get from watching blood spilled?
