Brilliant customer service

Following a brief hearing test I had at the stall at the May Fair I was offered an appointment for a full test. I went along with some trepidation thinking I may be pressured into things I didn't want to commit to but it wasn't like that at all. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The lady I saw was very thorough and explained everything fully and there was no pressure in any way. I came away relieved that my hearing is fine and that I can go back at any time for a free test if I have concerns.
