Plans are already underway for next years
May Fair, which will seem a little strange as it will be on April 30th! Some important dates for anyone wanting to get involved as follows:
Committee Meeting dates, 7p.m. Maurice Huggins Room, Victoria Gardens
Monday 16th Aug 10
Monday 13th Sept 10
Monday 18th Oct 10
Monday 15th Nov 10
Monday 06th Dec 10
Monday 17th Jan 11
Also:
Tuesday 01st Feb 11 Stall Booking Evening – SHADO Centre 7.00 pm
Saturday 05th Feb 11 Princess Choosing – Ashtore Rock Community Centre – 4.30pm-6.00pm
As
usual we need as much volunteer help as we can get, just turn up on the
above dates and let us know how you would like to help.
