I've not come across any in Saltash but I've not lived here very long. I do know that Plymouth Ramblers do some walks on Sundays....think you have to pay a joining fee. Their walks are longer than the free health walks we do, but are graded so you can choose according to how much of a walker you are. There are some other health walks around the Tamar valley area and some starting in Plymouth. As far as I know they are all during the week. You can get more information about the health walks from Natural England and the Tamar Valley AONB website.
If there was enough interest we could always start a Saltashpeople walking group maybe?
