'Salmon Supper' at Mary Newman's Cottage

Mary Newman’s Cottage in Culver Road, Saltash will again host the Tamar Protection Society’s ‘Salmon Supper’ on Saturday 18th June, with proceeds going towards the upkeep of one of the town's most precious buildings.

If the recent spell of good weather holds firm there can be no better place then the Elizabethan garden at this Grade II listed building to enjoy some al fresco dining. The plant beds will be in full bloom and music provided by a member of The Elizabethan Players will provide the perfect backing to this small piece of Tudor England.

This extremely popular event starts at 6.30p.m. and entrance is by ticket only, priced at £7.50 each which includes your supper, so be sure to book early. Tickets can be purchased by contacting Brigette Dixon on 01579 384381.
