Many changes along Fore Street this year - what shops would you like to see in town?

I'd like:
1) a nice restaurant/bistro or an evening independent coffee bar with good food.
2) a craft cafe that could be a meeting point and venue for adults, and parents with children after school....pottery cafe, with facilities to learn to sew and knit and do other crafts, into mid-evening. Good quality but reasonably priced local materials on sale...e.g. cornish wool, etc.
3) A deli with local produce etc would be good.
4) A jobcentre.
5) Some more independent clothing shops but geared to younger people, and the middle-aged.

How's that for a list!

There is a huge amount going on in the town for the retired community, and for young people, and I think there needs to be more activities and places for working people and parents with young children to meet.
