UCP Marjon plan four TLA regional launches for the South West

The Teaching & Learning Academy (TLA) run by the Cathedrals Group Consortium is an innovative way of helping teachers and support staff improve their practice and gain professional recognition for doing so. Grounded in everyday practice, it provides participants with opportunities to try out new approaches and make changes that have a sustained impact on practice.

Following the National Launch of the new TLA in November, UCP Marjon have organised a number of Regional Launch events for the South West, which will explore the TLA's learning framework, its benefits and how schools and individuals can get involved.

By enrolling with the TLA, participants will gain access to a range of work-based and research modules through which they can gain professional recognition and/or accreditation up to Masters Level.
