Have you been affected by the major resurfacing work occurring on the Tamar Bridge at the moment? Have you tried alternative routes to cross in and out of Devon?

Saltash Railway Station
SRUG Saltash rail Users Group can offer advice for anyone who is considering taking the train to commute across the bridge and back. The train journey to Plymouth just takes 10 minutes and it's only £2.60 a day return or just £8 for unlimited journeys.
Richard Bickford from SRUG said "Quite a few more people are using the trains at the moment; many have made the switch from bus or car to speed up their journeys. Obviously it only works if you are heading for the City Centre or the Dockyard and Devonport areas. But if you are, then it's definitely worth investigating".
If anyone wants any help or advice on local rail journeys they can email Richard Bickford on secretary@srug.org.uk or call (01752) 841119 or 07737390151.
