Poor driving

HOW I agree with N Wyman about the crazy standard of driving in Plymouth.
Much of the blame lies with the low standard of tuition which seems to be acceptable nowadays.
I was behind a young female instructor who was possibly late for an appointment driving through Saltash with a total disregard for any speed limits or requirements to indicate.
In another incident an instructor parked his car at a bus stop waiting for his pupil to pull out without signalling.
The following week this same instructor was parked on the pavement.
On both occasions there was plenty of space on the other side of the road. What sort of message is this to pass on to a pupil?
How many driving school cars have you seen in bad weather with no lights or just side lights even though dipped headlights are a legal requirement. Something that a few police car drivers should take note of, and set an example to other motorists.
